SeaQuarium Rhyl has an open seafront location and sits on the beautiful North Wales coastline.
Featuring species from around the world on show in 9 different zones, plus our amazing outdoor Seal Cove where you can meet our delightful harbour seals. This state-of-the-art exhibit gives you a fantastic underwater view of our seals in their 330,000 litre pool.
Rhyl SeaQuarium is an all weather family attraction with an open seafront location on the beautiful North Wales coastline, committed to creating a fun and hands-on atmosphere to explore the amazing underwater world. The all-weather attraction welcomes new explorers to join a voyage of discovery as they travel beneath the waves, from tranquil fresh waters to the cold depths of the abyss. Along the way guests will encounter the strangely shaped sturgeon, as well as sharks found off our very own coast and rays that glide effortlessly through the water. Also lurking nearby are the solitary lobsters, conger eels and mystical axolotls, followed closely by the entrance to Lethal Reef, home to some of the most venomous animals on our planet. These are just a few of the amazing, strange and beautiful animals that await you on your adventure.
Journeying through the 9 zones, all of which feature information boards relating to all aspects or marine life, conservation and welfare, there are over 30 exhibits, and hands on close encounters and presentations.
