Opened in February 2003, FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) is the UK’s leading media arts centre, housed in a £10 million award-winning landmark building.
Spearheading the regeneration of Merseyside, the centre offers opportunities for the community to be inspired by and engage with creative technology, art and film. The Picturehouse is a central component of FACT, with three state-of-the-art auditoria and a café bar. A varied film programme showcases the very best in independent, art-house, foreign-language and quality mainstream cinema from around the world.
