You will find Go Ape Margam just off of the M4, in Margam Country Park. Feel the excitement and anticipation build as you walk past the impressive Margam Castle on your way to the course.
With its hilly location, the views are stunning – hit the high platforms and soak up the beautiful sea view (the only such view throughout our Go Ape network.) The park is home to the largest deer herd in Wales – with 6,000 calling Margam their home you will probably see some from your treetop vantage points.
Get ready to take a leap of faith on the UK’s biggest Tarzan Swing – It will have you free-falling for a massive six metres! With obstacle cross overs and zips up to 180m, you really will get a stomach in your mouth feeling. This course has been likened to a roller coaster in the trees. It’s the only Go Ape that boasts sea views and with over 1,000-acres of parkland, the largest deer herd in Wales, you’ve got yourself a serious aerial adventure.
Treetop Challenge
Sea views, a 19th century Tudor Gothic Mansion and beautiful parkland are the perfect backdrops to the UK’s biggest Tarzan Swing – a six-metre leap of faith that will test your nerve and the strength of your stomach. Escape the world and challenge yourself as you navigate the tree-to-tree crossings, tackling the Bosuns Chair, Log Balance and core strengthening Stirrups that make up this spectacular high ropes course. With adjustable difficulty, this is for the adventurers looking to complete their very own personalised course and smash some goals along the way.
Electric Scooters
Up your scooter game with our NEW Electric Scooters. Go Ape Margam is the first activity site to offer off-road Electric Scooters in the UK with the most amazing park to explore, we have lots of attractions on route such as Margam Castle, the largest deer herd in Wales, a farm trail, a duck pond and much more.
Once you’ve aced your training, you’ll whizz your way around some of the 800 acres the park has to offer and see some of its main attractions. The heavy-duty Electric Scooters are built for the adventurer, with speeds up to 40km/h you’re in for quite a ride. There are twists, turns and straight open paths to put your new-found skills to the test.
