A new functional training area has also been added complete with turf track, prowler sled, tyres, core bags, battle ropes and much more. With over 40 classes per week, the extensive fitness class programme includes Group Cycling on brand new bikes, Circuits, Aerobics and Pilates. There’s also badminton, football, squash and indoor climbing and even tea dances. For families and kids there’s Eldon Bowl, an eight lane tenpin bowling centre, Vertigo Adventure Climbing and Jungle Jack’s adventure soft play, After a busy session you can relax in the centre’s two new cafes or fully licensed bar.
