Bristol Dry Gin Micro Distillery
Our distillery has been producing since 2017 in ancient cellars in the heart of Medieval Bristol. Our gins are unique and characterful, and enjoy being treated roughly as much as a delicate caressing touch.
In a Red Snapper on the morning of that big job interview, topped with tonic while you wait for him to slip on his mankini, strawpedoed in Castle Park in the small hours of Sunday morning, or mixed into a martini after a hard week pretending to work.

Situated in the vaulted basement of the historic Rummer Hotel, our cosy micro-distillery sets a warming ambiance that will have you feeling relaxed and ready for a tipple.
We welcome small groups, individuals and couples. Corporate Events and bespoke tastings can also be arranged directly.
