The American Diner
Imagine a place where the service is real gone friendly, where the whole family can dine together round a big diner booth, where there’s always a toe tappin’ tune on the jukebox, with hearty portions aplenty and a fun, upbeat atmosphere and you’d be dreaming of Billy Bob’s!
We’ve been using local and seasonal ingredients since before farm-to-table came to fashion, and most everything on the menu is made right here from scratch. That be taking bags of taters through to crisp fries or making every single burger patty by hand; for us it’s a labour of love that we’ve found makes all the difference in taste.
You bet, we’ve those American Diner favourites; Hot Dogs, Chilli Dogs, handmade Burgers and more, but you’ll also find our take on the best Stateside cooking; The Iowa Farm Boy, Carolina Chicken and Oklahoma Pulled Pork. Then add in some homemade sides; Burger Fixin’s, Hand-Cut Fries and Hickory Smoked Beans to really make it a memorable meal.
The Parlour
Go old school with ice cream staples like Vanilla and Mint Choc Chip or pick from high-falutin’ flavours like Key Lime Pie, Rainbow Sherbet or Cotton Candy; there’s near about 30 or so on offer.
Pile ’em high on a cone, or push the boat out with a decadent sundae, we’ve all manner of homemade sauces and sprinkles that your taste buds’ll surely thank you for!
