At Go Ape Buxton, you’ll find one of our more challenging sites here in the heart of the Peak District. This leafy course is beautiful in all seasons – a lush green tunnel high up in the treetops.
This is one of the highest Go Ape courses in the UK which features one of our biggest Tarzan Swings. With this claim to fame, we’ve added a whole host of zip wires meaning there’s an exhilarating extended course with its own tree-to-tree section to fly through.
Treetop Challenge
Set in the truly breath-taking countryside of Derbyshire, just under an hour’s drive from Sheffield city centre, this stunning high ropes challenge promises dizzying heights, high-speed zips and one of the biggest Tarzan Swing drops. Whether you’re looking for the ultimate, adrenaline-filled trail or preferring a gentler passageway through the trees, we’ve got all high-level bases covered with the Pannjarve Bridge, a Net Bridge and a tricky Jungle Crossing. Either way, if you’re 10 years and over the stunning views are yours for the taking as you climb, leap and zip through the trees.
Just the journey into Buxton Go Ape, through the beautiful Peak District National Park, will set the scene of what awaits you. Conveniently located within walking distance from the historic spa town of Buxton, and just under an hour’s drive from Sheffield city centre, you can spend the whole day in England’s largest and oldest national park.
