The Pavilions of Harrogate is a flexible and versatile venue that can accommodate a range of events from a glittering awards dinner for 500 to new vehicle launches for 350 delegates.
Located on the Great Yorkshire Showground and offering 2,300 square metres of internal space over 14 rooms, the President’s Suite has undergone a stunning refurbishment, combining contemporary with elegance.
Our creative and passionate in-house team work hard to ensure that your event is a success, with complimentary car-parking and free Wi-Fi as well as the flexibility to create a bespoke package to suit your needs. The venue is fully accessible, we have rooms that have vehicle access and all of them are pillar-free.
All of our food is locally sourced which is fundamental to our charity Yorkshire Agricultural Society (YAS), as we are all about supporting local farmers and suppliers. For many event organisers, the Pavilions of Harrogate fulfils their corporate responsibility as all profits go back to YAS to promote and support the agricultural community. This can be from organising free Countryside Days for 6,000 primary school children to farmer health checks which may save a life.
Pavilions of Harrogate was initially built in 1996 and it hosts the Royal Family during visits to the Great Yorkshire Show. Word has spread about our first-class facilities and team, and we now host over 600 events throughout the year, including conferences, meetings, exhibitions, public sales, funerals, weddings, gala dinners, charity balls and special events.

Our corporate market is a key part of our business at Pavilions of Harrogate whether it’s a board meeting, conference, award dinner or exhibition. We can create events in a theatre or cabaret-style and with 14 pillar-free rooms to choose from, we have ample space for breakout rooms, meeting rooms as well as for registration, refreshments and networking.
We have free parking on-site for 500 cars, private lawns and panoramic views across the showground from our first floor President’s Balcony.
There’s plenty of space for team building exercises and outside activities where visitors or delegates can savour the green spaces. There’s also a woodland area which is used for mindfulness and wellbeing courses and activities.
We can offer versatile catering options from buffets to BBQs. We work with a number of hotels near the Pavilions of Harrogate including the Crowne Plaza Harrogate, Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate and many more.
