Cardiff Cruises first set sail in April 2012. Our launch was possible thanks to the success of HMS69 party boats, which was established in 2008.
In late 2011 the founder, Martyn Driscoll, made arrangements to purchase a new party boat for Cardiff and relocated his first boat to Manchester to start the HMS69 expansion. Not content with just hosting parties, Martyn set up Cardiff Cruises for tourists and locals alike to be able to get the chance to see the area from the water onboard our boats. In 2015 the company consolidated its efforts to concentrate solely in Cardiff Bay.
Bay Tours
Join us onboard Marianne for a relaxing sightseeing trip around the bay where you will see the Senedd, yacht clubs, Cardiff Barrage and many more famous sights. You can also disembark and board again later over in Penarth.
Mixed Boat Party
Get onboard for a party every Saturday night 7:30-10:30pm with others to celebrate that special occasion! Ideal for your hen night, birthday party or stag weekend. No minimum numbers, just good times!
Flatholm Island Visit
Spend the day exploring Flatholm Island, the most southerly island in Wales, but you’ll need a boat to get there, luckily we have just the one for you! The Flatholm Ferry leaves when the tide is right, check dates here.
